[1] Upon the appearance before the Court of Gregory Perlinski, counsel for the Respondent; and upon the agent for the Appellant, Mr. Dale Somerville, C.A. appearing before the Court and advising the Court that the Appellant has instructed Mr. William Mouris, Barrister & Solicitor, of 201 – 4104 A – 97th Street, Edmonton, Alberta, T6E 5Y6, telephone (780) 414-6080, to act as counsel for the Appellant and Mr. Mouris having entered an appearance, the Court heard from Mr. Perlinski and Mr. Mouris.
