Cour d'appel fédérale |
Date: 20110615
Docket: A-467-10
Citation: 2011 FCA 203
Present: NOËL J.A.
BETWEEN:
DR. NOËL AYANGMA
Appellant
and
THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CANADA
Respondent
REASONS FOR ORDER
[1] The appellant’s application for extending the time set out in the order dated April 19, 2011 is based on the assertion that he “may not” be able to post security within the time imparted for doing so. Given the past circumstances set out in this prior order, I see no basis for amending it on that ground. The application will accordingly be dismissed.
