REASONS FOR JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
(Delivered from the Bench at Regina, Saskatchewan, on October 9, 2007.)
[1] This is an appeal from a decision of Strayer J. dismissing an application for judicial review challenging a decision of The Canadian Wheat Board denying the issuance of a “no buy-back export license for feed barley in the United States”.
[2] Despite the conviction which Mr. Husband has exhibited about the correctness of his position, we are unable to detect any error in the decision of Strayer J.
[3] The appeal will be dismissed with costs.
