AND

ASSESSMENT OF COSTS -REASONS

MICHELLE LAMY, ASSESSMENT OFFICER

[1]                This is the assessment of the respondent's costs pursuant to the judgment of March 2, 2006. It proceeded without the personal appearance of the parties. On April 5, 2006, I issued a timetable for the written submissions. As of this date, no submissions have been filed.

[2]                Given that the respondent's bill of costs is not contested, all disbursements established by affidavit are allowed as claimed in the amount of $ 1,475.00 which seems reasonable compensation in this case.

[3]                A certificate in that amount is issued accordingly.

DATED AT MONTREAL THIS 21ST DAY OF JULY, 2006.

Signed: « Michelle Lamy »
