REASONS FOR JUDGMENT
ROTHSTEIN, J.A.
[1] We have carefully considered the appellant's arguments. The appellant has not persuaded us that, in investigating her complaint of sexual harassment, the Canadian Human Rights Commission or its officials failed to conduct a reasonably thorough investigation of the complaint in a procedurally fair manner. The Commissions's decision not to refer the complaint to a Tribunal and to dismiss it was not in error. Nor has the appellant persuaded us that Mr. Justice Teitelbaum erred in refusing to admit the appellant's affidavits and in dismissing her judicial review application.
[2] The appeal will be dismissed with costs of $5,000.00 inclusive of disbursements payable to the respondent, the Attorney General of Canada.
