[1] I have not been convinced that Russell J. committed a reviewable error when he concluded, on the basis of the evidence that was before him, that the decision of the adjudicator dismissing the appellant's complaint of unjust dismissal from employment was not patently unreasonable.
[2] I would dismiss the appeal with costs.
