[1]                This is an appeal from an Order of Madam Justice Tremblay-Lamer allowing the respondent law firm to be removed as solicitors of record for the appellants. The Order was made by default.

[2]                Despite the lengthy written submissions of the appellants, who essentially argue that the Default Order was obtained fraudulently and that there had never been any disagreement between themselves and the respondent regarding the fees arrangement, we have found no reviewable error in the impugned order.

[3]                The appeal should be dismissed with costs in favour of the respondent Adesski Poulin.
