[1]               In the present uncontested appeal of the decision of a Citizenship Judge granting citizenship to the Respondent, I accept the arguments provided by Counsel for the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration expressed in the Applicant’s Memorandum of Argument dated June 4, 2008.
