[1] Pursuant to the orders of the Court dated September 19 and December 7, 2001, this is the assessment of the Plaintiffs and Sheriff's costs payable from the proceeds of sale of the vessel "Arcadia".
[2] On November 14, 2002, only Mr. Jean-Marie Fontaine, counsel for the Plaintiffs, was present, although the notice of appointment for assessment of costs had been served in the prescribed form.
[3] In view of the evidence filed in support of the bill of costs, all fees and disbursements claimed are allowed. Consequently, a certificate in the amount of $7,384.98 is issued.
