[1]      Pursuant to the orders of the Court dated October 24 and December 1, 2000, this is the assessment of the Plaintiff and Sheriff's costs payable from the proceeds of sale of the vessel "Seabreeze I";

[2]      On February 15, 2001, the Plaintiff and Sheriff's bill of costs, together with Ms. Mireille Tabib's letter dated February 15, were sent by registered mail to all interested parties in this matter advising them to file and serve written representations by February 28, 2001.

[3]      As of today, no written representations have been received. Consequently, the present bill of costs is taxed as submitted (CDN $23,593.44 + US $13,538.70).

[4]      A certificate in the amount of $43,990.85 is issued. The exchange rate of 1.5066 has been used to convert the expenses of the Sheriff expressed in U.S. funds.
