                                                  REASONS FOR ORDER AND ORDER

BLAIS J.

[1]                 This is a motion for an order for a grandfather exemption and an authorization to increase from five grams to eight grams the marijuana needed by the applicant for his personal use.

[2]                 I have carefully reviewed the documents provided by the applicant and I have also discussed with the applicant about the jurisdiction of this Court.

[3]                 This Court has no jurisdiction to modify or to make a decision to increase from five grams to eight grams the marijuana needed for the applicant's personal use.

[4]                 This request has to be presented to the Minister of Health.

[5]                 The applicant has also presented a motion to Justice Teitelbaum, a few days ago, and has received a clear answer about the jurisdiction of this Court.

[6]                 Therefore, this motion is dismissed.
