On July 20, I issued a timetable inviting parties to submit their written representations in opposition of this claim. As of this date, no submissions have been filed.

[2]                Having examined the evidence and the materials submitted, the Sheriff's costs are awarded as claimed. A certificate in the amount of $10,282.04 is issued.
