[1]         The hearing of this matter is adjourned sine die so as to allow the Applicant to retain counsel.

[2]         The Applicant shall have until September 21, 2001 to retain counsel who shall, at the latest on September 21, 2001 contact Mr. Bernier, counsel for the Respondent. I expect to hear from both counsel during the week of September 24, 2001 at which time the time and place of the Applicant's judicial review application will be fixed. I will, in the circumstances, remain seized of this matter until conclusion thereof in this Division.


[3]         The Respondent shall have her costs of the day which I hereby fix at $500.00.
