     REASONS FOR ORDER

NOËL J.:

[1]      A serious issue does not arise in the main application. The applicant as an adult claimant cannot establish that she had a right to have her case processed at once with her mother"s case. By a combination of circumstances, the fact that a deportation order was issued against the applicant much later than was the case for her mother has resulted in a most unfortunate situation, but no increased right to the simultaneous treatment of their files can be said to arise from this turn of events.

[2]      As no serious issue has been established, it is not necessary to address the issue of irreparable harm or the balance of convenience.

[3]      The application is accordingly dismissed.
